Returns


Random Shores® will send you emails during the order process so you are well informed of the status of your order/purchase.


EXCHANGES
In order to exchange an item, return the original item(s) upholding the "Requirements" stated below for a refund using a carrier that provides tracking and (recommended) insurance. Once we receive the item(s) we will send a confirmation via email. Once the new item(s) is ready to be shipped, we will send another email to inform you of the shipping/ ordering process. Please note that new items/orders are subject to merchandise availability. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfill your order and/or there is a delay for any reason.

GIFT EXCHANGES
In order to exchange a gift, please return the original item using the a carrier that provides tracking and (recommended) insurance. Once we receive the item(s) we will send a confirmation via email to the giver /name given under the original form of payment. The giver may place a new order on randomshores.com for the exchange item(s) so we can properly send the package in gift wrapping form (if the gift wrap option is selected again). If the gift wrap option is not selected, then we will proceed to package the item(s) using our signature presentation method stated in the "Overview" section in "Orders and Shipping" accompanied by our email procedures. Please note that the original shipping charges, return shipping charges, and gift wrap fees obtained at the time of purchase are non-refundable at this time.

 

REFUNDS
If you are returning an item for a refund, please be aware that you will be refunded for the price(s) of the item(s) only. Refunds will be given upholding the "Requirements" stated below and within 14 days of receipt of the returned merchandise. The refund will only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note that the original shipping charges obtained at the time of purchase and return shipping charges are non-refundable at this time.

CREDIT ISSUED FOR REFUNDS
All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Customers will be notified via email when the return has been processed and the credit has been issued to the original form of payment. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement. Please note that the original shipping charges, return shipping charges, (if applicable) gift wrap charges, multiple purchases  charges obtained at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

 

REQUIREMENTS
T-shirt(s) must be in new condition. We carefully examine each shirt before it's packaged to maintain an excellent signature. Please know that we will not accept any  damaged, washed item(s), any holes, or stains on the item(s). The seal label must be intact. The product/item must arrive back to us within 14 days of when the product/item was delivered (not shipped).


HOW TO RETURN
We recommend shipping returned merchandise using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance to cover the shipment. Please be sure to include the reason of the return via email to randomshores@gmail.com. Random Shores® will not assume responsibility if return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged.
