Orders & Shipping
All online purchases are packaged in a nice presentation envelope inside a mailing envelope to insure protection accompanied by signature tissue paper and a Random Shores® wax seal.
Random Shores® will send you emails during the order process to keep you apprise of the status of your purchase.
Our customers may choose from three shipping methods which are listed below in the “Shipping Methods” section. Shipping charges are based upon the value of your purchase and/or weight and the option of your preferred shipment method.
We do not charge your credit card for any items until they enter the shipping process
(excluding in the Pre-Order stage).
Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.
All orders are delivered by USPS.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 8am-12pm.
Please allow up to 7-10 business days from your order date to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your shipping method. Shipping times are calculated from the day the order is shipped. Due to the level in quality of the larger prints on the shirts, things may take longer to accommodate these features. We are actively seeking any way to expedite this process and will keep this section updated in any changes that occur. Additionally, we will inform the customer via email to any changes as well. Please be patient as we try to start things off!
Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. In most cases, if your order is placed before 2 PM EST on Monday through Friday (business days), your order will ship the same day the order is processed, otherwise within 24 hours.
Please be aware that these guidelines provided are only estimates, and that your items may arrive sooner or later than anticipated.
Standard (1 to 3 business days) from when it is shipped (not processed).
APO/FPO: Random Shores® will ship items to APO/FPO addresses using standard shipping. We do not currently deliver to PO Boxes, US Protectorate States or internationally.
ONCE ORDER IS SHIPPEDWhen your order is shipped, we will send a confirmation via email with shipment details, product details, payment details, your package’s tracking number, and order number.
UNAVAILABLE ITEMSIf a purchased item is/or becomes unavailable for any reason, we will send a notification via email indicating the reasons of unavailability.
During this process the item is placed on a priority waiting list. We will notify the customer via email if any changes occur assuring that they will be the first to receive the selection when the item becomes available.
Your credit card will only be charged for waiting list items at the time of shipment.
GIFTS / GIFT WRAPPING
All randomshores.com orders come with a gift wrap option in a fine white gift box tied with an elegant silver satin ribbon accompanied by signature tissue paper and a Random Shores® wax seal. Please note that there are additional fees for gift wrap options.
During your online checkout, you will have the option to include a personalized gift message (free) and exclude the price from the order invoice if you choose to have the electronic receipt sent to the recipient.
For larger orders or multiple items, along with your checkout process, please email email@example.com and include in the subject line “Multiple Order” or (if applicable) you would like the multiple order to include gift wrapping: "Multiple Gift Wrapping Order." This would be considered either bigger boxes or custom gift wrapping and we will gladly work with you to accommodate your desires.
